Absolutely amazing! Thomas was our waiter, very professional but also quite a funny guy. Food was superb. Great to dine at a restaurant where the staff actually know the menu for a change. Thanks heaps guys, will be back again!

Piccolo Cucina was an incredible restaurant! Delicious food + wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff. We had my sisters 30th birthday dinner here while holidaying in Cairns and we couldn't have picked a better restaurant! Thank you to the lovely lady who looked after our table.

Really enjoyed my first dining experience here. Great ambience,  delicious food and friendly staff. Will definitely revisit.
