Welcome to La Fettuccina Restaurant, established in 1988 and still cooking up regional and traditional Italian fare for Cairns locals and visitors alike.

Not a good experience in dining at this place. High prices with low levels of service and very average food quality. Not a kid friendly place as well as kids menu offers a portion size big enough to feed a sparrow! An absolute waste of time and money. Steer clear!

Lovely atmosphere and very attentive and helpful staff!!! Really enjoyed the food! The seafood was great but my favourite would have to be the ravioli 10/10 would recommend

Lucky enough to have scored 'the Tinder Table", upstairs where it'ss cosy and a little bit remote. We normally dine downstairs alfresco, but thought this would be nice for a change. We both opted for the eye fillet steak, with seasonal greens, superbly cooked and presented. Service and value is always superb.

Always amazing. I like to dine in the alfreco area. A relaxed vibe watching the world go by. Swift service! Amazing and helpful staff. Great wine selection. Menu has some mouth watering options for all the family. My personal fave is the "Fettuccine Paglia e Fieno" with its beautiful creamy flavours. Highly recommend!

The rice in the risotto was over cooked. It is not an authentic Italian risotto... the pasta was ok, better than the risotto

Yum yum yum. Wanted tasty Italian wasn’t disappointed, got a fantastic classic meal. Bruschetta and monte Mari spaghetti was absolutely flavoursome, partner had veal parmigiana. Both plates were cleaned up. Service was great from staff, sat inside it had a nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back snd try more dishes.

The most amazing gnocchi I have ever eaten.. Ridiculously good

Wonderful Italian restaurant in the heart of Cairns. Fantastic value- the antipasto is generous and delicious, we had mixed pasta and mains, dessert and a delicious Chianti. All at prices that can’t be beat.
