Bad experience. I recommend you read this. Poor quality screen and the glue was not properly done, screen was bent in the middle. Screen did not register touches well. Went back to have it fixed and still have the same issues. Screen still not glued properly and after paying these guys twice, I am never going back. Reply to owner: Postage was NOT free - I paid $15 and the actual cost stamped was $7.95. If my screen was replaced, I can't tell the difference because its still lifted from the body as shown in the pic below, looks like the same bent screen I was given the first time. And no I am not satisfied because I gave the benefit of doubt and adhered to your 'standard market practice' by coming back to have it fixed (btw doing something wrong is not standard, where is your quality control? Isn't that standard market practice?). For these reasons and the way you treated me in store with the aggressive demeanor is why I recommend people stay away from this store.

My screen and camera were replaced within two hours and the service was friendly, competent and capable. I recommend Phonebot to anybody looking for a speedy and reasonably priced repair.
