I contacted Simply Headsets about a headset we had purchased from a competitor that we were having issues with after not receiving any help from that company. Kim Wullem was quick to come back and find out what type of headset we bought and what phone we were trying to connect to and offered troubleshooting solutions to assist. At no point did she try and sell us a brand new headset but offered some other connectors that would assist to get the headset to work. I was impressed by Kim's care, honest advice and willingness to help us. You are a great asset to the team Kim, thanks again for your help.

It was easy to navigate the site and purchase the Plantronics CS510 Wireless Headset. The item arrived within two days and was easy to set-up. The leather cushion is much more comfortable than foam and the voice quality is crystal clear. Walking around the office is a breeze and there are no drop-outs, even 10m or more away from the base station. We will definitely purchase more of these as our business grows.

I am happy with my set. My ears are not too big, so the I am OK with the small pads. The sound is clear, so I am really satisfied with my purchase.
