After much research into PC building a prebuilt vs custom PC for my son we decided to go with an Aftershock PC custom shadow set up. Firstly their website is second to none and you can spend hours and hours literally configuring exactly what you like to the system you want. It's probably the best website I have come across in this regard. Once we chose what we wanted from the endless possibilities we submitted our order. Everything was so straight forward and the prices seemed really fair given the global shortage on some components. Build time was just over 2 weeks with regular updates and it was a couple of days in transit to Cairns from Melbourne. The end result was unbelievable, cable management was second to none and performance is incredible. Has not had an issue. My son loves it. The 3 year warranty gives peace of mind as does lifetime support. Who else does that? Just amazing all around. Cannot recommend them highly enough and if you are on the fence between Aftershock and anybody else it has to be Aftershock.
I cannot rate this company high enough. If you're contemplating going with Aftershock, I promise you that you won't go wrong. There are so many companies out there that it can be confusing to know where to buy or build your next PC.... Aftershock is the one, I promise you. Building my PC through their website was so easy and straight forward. The customer service was amazing when they needed to call me about parts. It was delivered within a couple weeks and packaged perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the build and how it runs. It truly is my dream PC. You guys definitely have a customer for life here. Thank you Aftershock!
I ordered a new custom PC for my daughter’s 21st, all I can say is I have had nothing but amazing service from the Aftershock team. The PC was made extremely fast and shipping from Melbourne to her in Adelaide was overnight. She is beyond excited about her new toy.. thanks Aftershock for an amazing PC and a very very happy daughter..
Purchased my zeal lite shortly after the massive floods. They still smashed out their lead time without any compromise on a custom build. Was done in 10 days when other places do it in weeks The staff are passionate and kind folks. As for the desktop it is fantastic. Looks amazing, was plug and play and had a good price on it. Definitely gonna do their ultra labs next time as that seems on another level.
Amazing service and the build only took 2 weeks. The motherboard I ordered had a manufacturer problem resulting in after-shock improving the motherboards to the next best motherboards up from what I had before for no extra cost. The cable management is great and the PC is smooth and very consistent! Great prices and 100% recommend them.
Purchased my amazing looking custom white build. You could really tell how well they did their best to customise it as unique as it was to the budget you have. And it truly exceeds all expectations! The communication was on par. Right from start to finish and postage. I only ran into one issue which was due to transport but warranty covered it fully and I had exceptional help from Tamara in the support team. She made my item a priority and I was able to get it back on a 2 week turn around. Thanks for the great work Tamara and Aftershock. Consider these guys if you want to achieve that dream PC.
Built my PC with them last Aftershock PC last year, and received my PC within two weeks of ordering it. Since owning my PC, I have no issues and completely happy with the finished product. I really appreciated being able to choose each part when building my PC, and leaving it with professionals to build a quality system. Whilst expensive, it was worth the money to ensure it was done properly and the fact I have experienced no issues within 12 months supports the quality of the make of the PC. Friendly staff, and kept me up to date throughout the process!
Just want to say thanks to Can and the whole Aftershock PC team for their efforts in securing a Custom Built open loop PC for me. My previous order was an Explorer open loop however due to the floods and many parts out of stock, I was waiting weeks and weeks without a PC. At one point, I was considering cancelling my order to look elsewhere for a ready made PC. Until Can came into the picture and offered me many solutions to keep my business. Long story short, one of the PAX custom build open loop PC was available for purchase and Can quickly adjusted my order and got me a Dream machine. Highly recommend the team! I'll be sure to come back when my baby is due for upgrades!
Unbeatable prices and an abundance of customisation options. Their slogan, "Your rig your choice" couldn't be more accurate. All throughout the process of choosing my parts and researching my options, Aftershock staff often Kathy were only a phone call away and were always eager to answer my questions no matter how many I asked!. Once your purchase is confirmed, they update you at every step of the building and shipping process which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Unfortunately, the PSU in my new PC turned out to be faulty and blew within 20 minutes of turning it on. This was a gut-wrenching disappointment after such a long build-up of anticipation. Luckily, I'd purchased 'pick up and return' warranty and Nick from Aftershock was straight to the rescue! The process of returning the PC couldn't have been easier and was entirely coordinated by Aftershock. A highly detailed email guide to return the PC for servicing was sent to me, including a detailed diagram of how to reinsert the foam and repack the PC. The PC was returned to Aftershock, diagnosed, fixed and re-shipped all within a matter of days and Nick kept me updated every step of the way. I was absolutely blown away by the level of Nick's customer service and dedication, and this extends to the entire Aftershock team. Thank you to Nick, Kathy and the rest of the Aftershock team!
Built an insane watercooled rig for me. Had it for a year now and 0 issues since arriving. Took about a month or two to build due to covid but they where always keeping me updated with emails. I would 100% recommend these guy's building your PC from basic builds to balls to the wall best of everything builds.
