I was walking past and had to show my support after the service I received the other day. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacist serving me was able to identify an interaction between my medications and call my doctor. Honestly great service, wasn't expecting that. New interior looks great too

Visited this pharmacy a few days ago. I am pleased with the service I was provided with. I had to ask a few general but personal questions and I wasn’t sure but the pharmacist made me feel really comfortable. As a local I have always shopped at this store and the owner was really accommodating as well. 10/10

One of the best pharmacies I have been to! I live in the city but prefer going to this one always! The customer service is lovely and the owner Moustafa was helpful. The prices and the range are exceptional!!

If you haven’t been into Cincotta Discount Chemist Balgowlah, you need to visit this new Chemist. Great to meet the new team and say hello to the familiar favourites. For my grandparents this pharmacy is so continently located at the Sydney Road and Condamine Street Bus Stop. The savings are amazing with an extensive range of products from all the big vitamin and medicine brands.

Such a lovely Chemist! All the staff is helpful and friendly. Recommend highly, will be definitely back and recommend to family and friends!

have been a long time customer of this chemist. i have to say straight off the bat, store looking million times better and more stocked and unlike andrew the previous owner who was never to be seen, and am very impressed with the new ownership team Mous and i think the pharmacist manager there Ali - who also took time out of what seemed like a very busy day to vaccinate me during my lunch break. i didnt have to book in or anything, he was kind enough to vaccinate me and also recommended some immunity supporting supplements and vitamins due to my highly stressful job. well done guys keep up the great work

A lovely local pharmacy that delivers great advice and wonderful service. Mous and the team really went above and beyond for me. They stayed back a little longer to make sure I could access my COVID vaccinations and that I was safe afterwards. They have a great supply of pharmaceutical products and they really work with you to make sure you get the advice and care you need. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

This is probably one of my favourite pharmacies because they stock lots of different things like alternative brands, natural options, stronger/better quality supplements and the staff there are alway lovely and helpful. Compared to other pharmacies and Cincottas I’ve been to in the city and north Syd these guys are the best. They’re quick with service and prescriptions and very friendly! Great customer service, honestly! - being relatively new to the area you guys have made such a positive impact! Keep up the good work

Unfortunately when the ownership changed hands, the service dropped considerably.  I used them for 2 years. They were unable to advise what scripts they had on hand for me/.  Also wouldn't follow up to advise shortness of stock when a script was delivered from the Doctors surgery next door. I tried to give constructive feedback and was completely shunned.  Very disappointing.
