I called to ask about opening hours on Anzac Day the night before. Before I had finished my sentence the guy said "yeh yeh we close at 11pm" when I said no, that I was calling to ask about tomorrow's opening hours he said "yeh all normal" I asked "so you open at 8am on Anzac day" he said "yes". 

Great story isn't it? Well no it's frikin not because ive been outside since 8:05am and it's now 8:27am and it's not open!! How hard is it to exercise a little bit of good customer service and think about what people are asking and why before you go making up stuff on the spot.

I went here for shopping and the staff stared at me as I am going to steal anything. Moreover I was told that I can only buy 4 cartons of milk powder which I am not buying. I am not sure why but I felt a bit insulted. Moreover the staff didn't show me any notice or statement mentioning the policy. This makes me very uncomfortable as I felt that I was suspected to be a scalper or something. Not to mention that the staff are not friendly at all. I am going to lodge a complaint on their official website. Terrible service.

I cannot stop laughing as people are complaining.  It is called a Warehouse,  so that's what you should expect: lots of products, nearly self service and low prices. It is also open until 11pm. I think it's a fantastic shop. The guys who aren't happy should go to the other shops and pay double price. You get what you pay for. 
Prices and selection are fantastic.

One of the male staff members at the front of the store was staring me down and watching me like a hawk, when I was looking at the beauty products.  His whole demeanour made me feel very uncomfortable and I actually cut my shopping short because of it, even though there were heaps of discounted products. As I exited the store he didn't say goodbye or even smile at me.  It was a very unpleasant experience.

I really hate this chain of stores just on principle, but the staff working here were super friendly and helpful. If you can wade through the mountains of scam/not-even-health-products/why-is-this-in-a-pharmacy there is a prescription counter at the back where you can get the good stuff.
