THE ‘GO TO’ CHEMIST RETAIL OPTION.nThese places are all the same. Thin isles, pharmacy up the back, absolute tone of stuff, with a kinda messy but totally functional check out.nPrices good, staff friendly, great with prescriptions. Website simple but perfect w/ fast delivery and click n collect options.nChemist warehouse is actually a bloody fantastic experience.

The shopping experience was extremely bad. Out of trust, after purchasing many items, we didn't check the receipts immediately because the items were too heavy. When we got home, we discovered that the store staff had overcharged us by 50 dollars. We immediately returned to the store to report the issue and finally, after checking various surveillance footage, we were able to get the money refunded. I lost 34 dollars in transportation fees for no reason and didn't receive any compensation. It's hard to imagine such rude behavior could exist.

I rang and was assisted with courtesy and professionalism.  I received a call back as promised from the pharmacist.  The filled out prescription was home delivered within 90 minutes. Tracking provided and was accurate. Seamless. Thank you for the excellent service.

Chemist Warehouse Newtown is super convenient — they’ve got pretty much everything you’d expect, from meds to skincare to vitamins, all at really affordable prices. The store can get a bit busy especially on weekends, but the staff are usually helpful if you need to find something. Shelves are well stocked, and there’s always good deals and discounts going on. It’s basically the go-to spot if you’re in the area and need pharmacy essentials without breaking the bank.

Waited in line for chemist advice, which she didn't give us because she was so busy. We were simply advised to choose from the shelf.nnCan you hire more staff?
