I have been to this pharmacy for a couple of time. Today, I went there for a JP service. The staff really nice and so helpful. Thanks again guys.

Such a life saver we had to have my 1 year old daughter in hospital for 13 hours for just a cold and the hospital made an error with her prescription. The staff called the hospital and got it sorted for us.  Every time we go in the staff are super friendly and helpful, we are new parents and it has made the world of difference for us.  You guys rock!!

Recently caught Covid and was prescribed antivirals over the phone from a GP. Pyrmont Pharmacy dispensed the script straight away and hand delivered left outside my door the antivirals within two hours of payment with no additional cost. Cannot fault them on their service and attitude.

This pharmacy is a life saver. I’ve got Covid and am in hotel isolation as I live interstate. I was running out of essential medications. Other well known pharmacy chains might be slightly cheaper but they don’t offer any customer service! The pharmacist was really helpful. I emailed photos of my prescriptions and got them delivered to the hotel within a couple of hours with no delivery charge. PS NSW health covid phone line had no idea how I could get my medications. Pyrmont pharmacy were the only ones that offered any help.

I am really shocked with the way they treat me and scream at me the 2 stuff specially the man and Asian girl there at this pharmacy. very very Rude aggressive no manners. I felt insulted and hurt. I never saw in my life worst then this customer service. unbelievable they talk to you like you are criminal or slave to them. no no i won't go there anymore really upset and shocked. the owner should know about them.  Rubbish Rubbish customer Service.

Needed a jp and this chemist was able to assist at short notice, best though to make an appointment, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly team who take care of Pyrmont locals. Always happy to help. I needed something printed for a patient during lockdown and they offered to help out plus refused to take payment. Saved me hauling my babies into my city office to print one page. You don’t find many businesses like this anymore.

I am a frequent visitor to Darling Harbour, while here from the US.  Pyrmont Pharmacy is always my first choice when I have needs from a chemist.  The staff is extremely friendly, available, and willing to answer any questions you may have. I never feel rushed to make a purchase and am always satisfied with my purchase.  It's the fantastic customer service that brings me back every time!  Excellent Pharmacy!! Like the other reviewer, I too went in to get my CDC Covid card certified here in Australia. i appreciate their customer service that will allow me to visit more restaurants and places of business without a hassle if my Covid card is real or not. Thanks for the piece of mind Pyrmont Pharmacy!

Best pharmacy in town! They always go above and beyond, providing a fantastic service with a personal touch that truly sets them apart. I'm truly grateful they are my local pharmacy. Thank you for all your hard work!

Price hike feels unreasonable if not exploitative.  My medications are usually $8 combined for a full month at any competitors but with these guys its $45+, and all of it is on the PBS - same ‘homebrand’ I get at Priceline for $8 for x2 sets of 1 month of meds is $45+ with this place. If only there were another chemist in Pyrmont that Pyrmont Drs could send scripts to. Similarly, the rapid antigen tests for COVID-19 are $10-20 more expensive than the usual at Pyrmont Pharmacy.  I am unsure if the staff are unaware of the price hike or if they support it/are encouraged to meet sales KPIs for medications dispensed. They are polite and knowledgeable at face value but it’s worth driving 2 mins or walking 15 mins to Broadway to go to any pharmacy in the complex for PBS prices and great quality service from pharmacists.
