Okay...until you have a problem...terrible with exchange/refund. In the last year I have spent hundreds if not close to $1000.00 in toys just to support small business, even though you can sometimes get cheaper at the big stores. That is until we had a problem with a toy set which had a damaged piece. Couldn't even get them to exchange even though we had just bought it the day before. They told me to contact the manufacturer, blah, blah, blah... What a nerve! I didn't purchase from the manufacturer, I purchased from them! What a hassle to bother with. If it was a large amount I would probably take them to Fair Trading but can't be bothered wasting my time on this one. They were so stingy about a few bucks but in the end they are going to lose that tenfold or more. I used to tell everyone I know to go there, but now will be telling them the opposite! Bad customer service. Never go there again.
