Great store with great facilities, we needed to come in with our little muddy fur baby that had a great time in the mud and their self serve dog wash was incredibly convenient and affordable, they even provide towels for the ones that don't like the blower! How's that for service! Even after a week later she still smells good from their shampoo! Really great store here.
I was desperate for an incubator for my newborn chick and instead of being helpful the store clerk man lied straight to my face making me waste time as my dying baby bird suffered without warmth. Thankfully the rest of the staff seem honest and kind enough to help once I returned in need of a temperature gauge. Stick to the nice ladies and you will actively get helpful advice instead of a liar.
Thanks to the lovely young lady that helped me put the chicken food in the car tonight. It’s quite heavy. You were so lovely and you were happy to help me. Given I had a sore back I was very very happy that you were so kind and accommodating. Thank you again.
