Friendly staff but thats about it. Best Friends grooming service is not good value for money. I made it clear upon booking and dropping my short-haired dog off, that she needed deshedding. This was to cost $50 for a wash, blow dry and nail clip + $15 for a longer brush to remove excess malting hair. I received a call 1 hour and 10 mins later to say it was finished. She is malting just as much upon collection as when I dropped her off! I was advised to brush her for 30 mins a day. I doubt in this hour and 10 mins that they've even brushed her for 30 mins themselves. I have effectively paid $65 for a wash and nail clip which is a rip off. If you have a short haired dog, dont waste your money here. Also, the price tags on their merchandise advertise the 'VIP' price in bold (10% less than regular price)... with the actual price in small print below. This is misleading and a bit sneaky.

Decent pet store, has almost anything you could want. And the vet service there is good too.
