Staffs are knowledgeable and always provide advice and help. Budgies are of good price, very easily to get hand feed and trained.
My father dropped off my puppy this morning at 10am and gave the shop his number since I’m at work all day. Then the shop still messaged me & when my father rang the shop to ask if it was time to collect my puppy, since it had been 2 hours or so and he didn’t get a text, the girl on the phone told him to wait for a text. My dad told the girl my puppies name and that they had been there for a long time and she just replied with saying “you’ll be contacted when your pet is done”. My dad then went to the shop around 2pm to find that my puppy had been sitting in a cage for 3 hours. When I told the shop about what happened, they said that it was just a miscommunication and they will add a note to my account so it doesn’t happen again. I was very upset that my puppy had been sitting in a cage alone for 3 hours and they didn’t apologise or request any help at all.
Very Disappointed. Very very disappointed. Told them not to get my dogs too short. They have just trimmed her. They haven’t done a haircut. Ridiculous. i want my money back.
Our new fav they have open pay which is handy and the loyalty program really pays off! I'm always getting store credits for being a member. Great range of products and fair prices.
I don’t normally write reviews but this upset me a lot. I’ve been here twice, both times the store was not busy at all. The first time the customer service was alright, they weren’t too helpful. The second time was worse. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I also overheard them talking trash about other customers so loudly the whole store could hear. Won’t be going back unless I need to and don’t need advice on what to buy.
Dogs loved it, good stock and grooming
Took our furry family for wash and grooming, they both looked and smelled pretty as a picture
Really friendly staff but extremely unhappy about having to wait an entire hour at the counter because they stuffed up the transaction and couldn't figure out how to fix it. An entire hour. No compensation offered. Not happy.
Good stock, had an issue with something I bought and it was replaced there and then. The staff are very friendly.
Good people and they seem to be eager to help. Extensive range when it comes to Birds, Cats, dogs and fish food and care products. With live pets in-store and a self dog wash stations. They also have a pet grooming service for stuff like clipping nails or a coat trim.
