Established in 1984, Hurley's Aquariums is the leading source of aquariums, turtles and native fish in the Darwin and Palmerston areas. We carry turtle food and fish food. We also breed long-neck and short-neck turtles on-site in Palmerston, and we guarantee you that our available specimens are healthy and happy in their living conditions.

Biggest variety of fish in Darwin. 100x better than pet barn or pet stock and half the price. It looks like just a regular house from the outside however once inside, you are delighted to 100's of fish, plants and turtles. They are the only shop in Darwin that I have seen selling native and odd ball fish. if you need anything aquarium related, come here.
Phoned this morning for some advice on my turtle. The old guy was so rude to me and didn't want to help me at all. He then passed me into his wife who was just as bad. They may have a large variety of fish and knowledgeable but their customer service is the worst I've ever come across.
Was worried about my turtle being unwell so we called Hurley's for some expert advice knowing they know lots about turtles. He offered us to bring our turtle in so he could have a look at her & she is already looking much better based on his advice. Thank you so much
After all the years of driving past the sign saying "Live turtles" I finally went in to have a look. Hurley's has an inpressive selection of aquatic animals and aquarium equipment. The lady I was talking with was very helpful in helping me choose some replacement fish for my outdoor pond/simple aquaponics set up. I will certainly return when I need some more fish or aquarium equipment.
Quite a nice range of sea animals to keep the kids busy for a day. You have big fish and small fishies. Great day for the family of 4
Best fish and one joint in Darwin and I love helping out locals ! Good fresh water rang from plants ,fish tank s, food , bits and pieces , pumps and a lovely old couple run the joint
