I purchased six chicks and they are healthy and well. Now about three months   old. Pleasant and helpful staff. I have purchased other things and found them very, very helpful.

Shame on all the people that work and own this place here , happy to profit from caged animals and death. Imagine how you would feel kept in a tank or cage 4 eva. modern day slaves.

My granddaughters make me take them to Pets to Pamper just to pamper the latest puppies while I look at everything in the pet store.  Love that the store keepers don't bug you. Had a good conversation with one of the shop keepers about the chickens. Love this store.

This place sells sick animals. DO NOT GO HERE. Useless staff who like to argue when they’re 100% in the wrong.

Staff not very knowledgeable about rats, bought a females rat from this store 2 months ago, and she turned out to be pregnant. Store had the male and female rats in the same "cage" together if you can call it that, the poor rats have to stay in a glass cage with no toys or anything to do. Not a proper way to house rats or take care of them. I wouldn't recommend buying rats from here because there are incapable of properly taking care of them. I would recommend buying rats off gumtree because they are cheaper and taken better care of.

What a great place! Everything you need when it comes to caring for your pet. Great staff with a friendly attitude. They can not help you enough and always make sure you have everything you need for your piece of mind and your new family pet.

The store is pretty good with a wide selection of pets and accessories needed for them, great place to get all that. However the few times I have been there the staff are just shockingly unhelpful and unprofessional. The lady who I've seen there the most seems to have little to no interest in giving advice on what's best to get to look after the pets they sell or just any kind of general advice for caring for them and was unhappy unsmiling and seemed to just want us gone the entire time we were there.
