I do a lot of research comparing prices before buying any products for my animals. When time is of the essence, I prefer not to buy online. Petbarn was $145 cheaper than the competition across the road, and only $28 more than the cheapest price I found online. In this instance, I needed the products quickly, so I drove to Petbarn. Even though it was a fraction more expensive than buying online, the service was excellent. I left as a very happy customer, with more knowledge than when I came in.
I shopped at the store in Westcourt Cairns. Excellent service. Crystal was very understanding and helped me to select the correct product. The store is very well presented and welcoming. Top marks!
So helpful. Staff went out of their way to help me put a crate together for my pup. Always enjoy my time here and they love animals.
Very disappointed about the service here today. I’m not one to complain but there was no service at all. Very disappointing. The one thing I hope for is always an acknowledgment when entering a store.nnWent back the next day and not the best of service. Got finally served by a staff member who then when had bagged my plants for the fish tank gave my things to another staff member without even saying than you to me for coming or that they were getting someone else to complete my order, to then walk out the back. Definitely needing to up their customer service skills!
Petbarn Cairns has a wide range of items and very friendly and helpful staff.nI needed advice on my American Bulldog x American Staffordshire terrier with allergies and was pointed in the right direction to try Nectar skin + Coat.nThey also offer price matching with Vet Supply so make sure to ask for price match guarantee!nLove this place and is my go to for my pups supplies!
