Ulysses Veterinary Clinic is the most professional and compassionate Vet services for your most precious fur baby.  Their service goes above and beyond. Grace and her team are very responsive, understanding, and deliver quality and elite professional diagnoses care for you and your pet.  They appreciate your special bond with your pet.  Our beloved dog Patch passed. He had been going to Ulysses for Veterinarian ongoing  health and unforeseen crisis. The team at Ulysses Vet Clinic were angels .  They understood our loss and comforted my son.  They manage the death of Patch with 5 Star  service, compassion and did everything to save our much loved animal friend Patchy Poo.  I cannot thank the team enough for all they did and there unbelievable beautiful ability to help and support me and my son in a most difficult time.  We cremated with Possum Ridge Crematorium and they coordinated it all through Ulysses so it was easy, convenient and affordable.  They made a very special momento of Patches Paw print   They were patient when we were deciding how to move forward after Patches passing.  I highly recommend Ulysses Veterinary Clinic. They are the most remarkable team of dedicated professional veterinary health care specialists who really care about each and every fur or feather    baby.  There team love what they do are dedicated  and  you know they are in good hands.  5

We have been going to Ulysses for the last 2 years and they have always provided a great service at a reasonable price. Dr Demian and his team have been amazing and always gave very practical advice. But in particular, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff last weekend, especially Grace, Samantha and Janelle who were all so kind on the phone. We were moving down south and our cat Newton got taken off the flight we were on, which we only found out after we landed. Newton was stranded in Cairns while waiting for another flight. During such a stressful situation, we were so lucky that Ulysses was able to board him despite having no prior notice. They gave him a check up and a new flight clearance, made sure he was comfortable, and called to give us updates. Their communication was amazing and we were so thankful and relieved that Newton was in good hands while we were so far away. Thank you!

When we first moved to Cairns, finding an excellent vet practice for my dog was a top priority, so real customer reviews played a major role in the selection of Ulysses:  - good clinicians check - excellent care for pets check-check - reasonable prices - good spread of hours - satisfied owners  2yrs on and I'm glad to report that the glowing reviews were accurate, and my dog still eagerly enters the clinic any time we need to visit.
