We had to admit our puppy to Emergency Vets 24/7 last week overnight. We received exceptional service from Richard and his team Marion and Natalie. They were very informative and provided us with regular updates throughout the entire time our girl was admitted. We felt comfortable knowing that there was a team on site at all times giving our girl the specialist care that she required. We couldn’t recommend Emergency Vets 24/7 more. Thank you so much Richard and team!

We are very lucky to have such a fantastic vet pratice in Cairns. I highly recommend this practice. Richard and his team cared for our dog Shiraz during a very difficult time. All of the staff provided the best care, were results driven, attentive and empathetic. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience.

I attended this surgery with my sick little puppy. The facility is awesome as was the vet, Richard. Unfortunately the whole experience was marred by the "front of house " reception I received. The women I initially dealt with (who I later found out was the nurse as at no time did she introduce herself ) was flippant and mechanical. I am uncertain as to whether she even likes animals as her inter action with my pup was limited and unsympathetic. A sick animal is very stressful and I felt we were an inconvenience. I experienced the same manner when I rang back that afternoon as was my puppy was deteriorating. Yet again, an inconvenience. I ended up taking my puppy to Ulysses vet (awesome practice ) where she remains having iv fluids and investigations. Thank you Richard for your kindness and empathy. How sad when one person can ruin an otherwise great service.

Thank you to the Team and Nurse Becky! The immediate treatment and care the dog (I was looking after) received was outstanding. Friendly, caring and overall amazing! Thank you! I am also amazed that when seeing a nurse or Dr late Sunday night I was not charged an arm and a leg. To the contrary, very affordable. Highly recommend!

We are very much appreciative of the wonderful detective work carried out by staff Alyce to reunite us with our beloved pup that was stolen. Thank you kindly for keeping him safe and looking after our fur baby.
