All the team at this store are amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and treat you with respect. Always have been able to enjoy a laugh and give us help where needed. The store is nice and tidy and well laid out for ease of finding what you need!

Bad experience today at Petbarn Gladstone! Ticketing specials, are most definitely not true. Maybe if you run out of a product that is connected when you purchase something else you should probably take the ticket down… when asked about it the customer service lady pretty much said oh well too bad!! it’s not a good look.. The lady was completely rude disgusting customer service! When I suggested that she should take the tickets down when they don’t have the stock, she said oh well, we will get more in another time. No apologies nothing just laughed at us. Maybe more customer service training needed will never go back..
