Staff are rude. Talking amongst themselves while customers are needing assistance as if on lunch break... not willing to help customers. Shame really... You'd think they'd want regular customer service but that's definitely not how you keep customers coming back. I've watched this happen before this is not the first time staff are rude or talking about irrelevant work matters while customers are waiting then customers are treated with rudeness.nnNote to store is this is a place of work to help customers find what they need and be willing to give help whenever they come into store the way you treat customers has a impact. Also the way you treat people is not right especially when we as customers put money into your business and are helping you maintain a job and keep your business running without customers you have no business to run.nnI'd rather drive down coast to get my dogs there food then come back to this store

Brought some crickets for my lizards.. Opened the packet and there were only 5 alive crickets.. 13 dead ones. The other packet had like 30 alive crickets. Have to do a swap today because store manager won't approve of it tomorrow apparently. Have also brought 4 heat lamp bulbs for my lizards and they have all shattered through the lizards tanks.. every single of them. Won't be coming back.. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Basic range, no stand out items. Very expensive! Best for basic domesticated pets. Not educated & very limited supplies, or none, on reptiles, amphibians, etc. even fish
