This was a non expensive caravan park we had no issues it was quiet and the facilities clean. If you need a few night it's a great option.Service: 4/5
Place is o.k for short term, got a few scumbags hanging around, but you get them everywhere.
Disgusting is the only word I can use for this place. The facilities are deplorable, roads are more pothole than road and our power cable would not stay in its socket. $40 a night for a powered site is an absolute rip off. Move on is my recommendation. If I could give it no stars I would.
Basic, clean comfortable and tidy, very friendly welcoming and I arrived quite late in the evening and the lady didn’t mind at all. I had no problems at all staying here for a week while I looked around for something more permanent. Handy for fuel station and shops just up the road, great having a large freezer as well as the fridge and bed was comfortable plus my dog was welcomed and could come inside, had its own concrete slab for parking. Would definitely recommend
Pretty run down. You can tell there's been no extra profits since the glory days of Gladstone. The cabins are good though inside: regularly cleaned and well stocked with pots and pans and the rest. The lady who owns the place though: Eleanor is an absolute gem. Such a classy older lady that has a big heart for people and really looks after everyone that says here. I was in fairly desperate need of accommodation and she really went the extra miles to ensure I had a roof over my head.
Filthy toilets, drunks with dogs in the toilets, overgrown sites, driveways full of potholes, felt very very unsafe
Very convenient location to the town. The park is clean and tidy. The ammenities are clean but old and out of four ladies showers only two were operational but at no point was that an issue, I did not witness lineups. The park supposedly has wifi but I am unable to comment on how good it is as we were given an incorrect password so could not use it. The staff are friendly.
Average stay in the centre of town. $35 for a powered site was not bad, however disappointed with the state of the men's amenities as it seemed they needed a bit of a clean and/or renovation. Having said that, we were informed there were other newly renovated amenities on the other side of the site. Stay if location is the most important factor.
Workers park mainly. Opening hours are limited but if you phone the park they tell you to find a spot and then meet them when the office is attended. Super hot showers but the old ablution block needs a refit. The other one is unisex but very new and nice.
Extremely rude staff that scream at customers and visiters for just going about there day. Long team tennents that constsantly fight and bashing each other.. My car was damaged by a tennent of this park in a rage fit. Police report made gladstone police claim to be there daily dealing with dv and drugs problems. The place is filthy 1 star is to nice
