It's an ok pet store. However having the younger staff, means service sucks most of the time. However there can be some nice pets at times.

I love this place, they're great. One point off cos I couldn't find anything to spoil my chickens, but still love the shop. Will be back to buy all the scaly bois very soon

Definitely the place to go if you want to be ignored by snotty teenagers. Customer service is non existent and you'll be made feel like you're interupting their "important" pubescent conversations with your peasant purchases. Recommend going elsewhere

A nice big store but not alot of products on the shelves but I understand the xmas rush. It was nice to see some experienced senior staff in the store with great customer service.

Good Customer Service as someone approach us when we are having a hard time finding something and I appreciate that! Pet Stuff are almost there so no need to go to other shops when you need something for your pet!

Highly recommended. Huge range with great prices. Nice clean and tidy store with everything set up neatly. Fish tanks are always clean and fish all look healthy. Excellent customer service. Closes that little bit later on a Thursday which makes it nice to call in on way home from work to get anything my pets are needing. Zip Pay available as well. Many Thanks.
