If i could i would give this company zero stars, however, i wanted to tell my story. Do not use this company to cremate your pets, or for any other reason. I called up looking for my pets ashes. The owner, John, answered the phone. He cut me off half way through my sentence, called me an idiot & hung up on me. He literally said to me; "You've called the wrong place, how stupid are you", & hung up on me. I called back up obviously in a horrible mood and he had a cry about how i was then "abusing" him. Yes, when you don't let someone speak, call them names & hang up on them you will get an ear full. Turns out this isn't the place who cremated my pet thank the lord for that. 
This is not the kind of treatment I would expect from an animal memorial business. It states on their website "committed to providing a passionate and caring service". Absolute rubbish. In my whole existence I have never been spoken to in such a disgusting manner. Not something I need or want after I just lost a pet myself.
Horrible business & horrible man. ZERO STARS.

I would like to thank John and staff at Pets Memorial Gardens for the caring and compassionate service provided when I lost my dog, Patience.  John sincerely explained the process to me and answered all my questions which made saying goodbye to my beautiful girl that little more bearable.  I'm so pleased there is a business like yours that takes a lot of time in caring for the pet and the pet owner as you did in my situation.  Thank you.

I would like to take a moment to thank Pets Memorial Gardens for their service at such a sad time for us. Special mention to John for his professionalism and consideration in dealing with this situation. We immediately felt comfortable and confident to leave our beloved pet with them. Not to mention we had the ashes of our beautiful pet returned to us in a timely manner! In the case of the passing of our other pets we will not hesitate contacting John from Pets Memorial Gardens to take care of everything again. THANKS AGAIN everyone at Pets Memorial Gardens, 10/10 from us.

I don’t usually do reviews but I recently had to go through the experience of losing our family pet and was left in charge of his remains as my family were away. It was a very stressful time and after consideration I decided to call Pets Memorial Gardens and organised his cremation. John took care of everything very professionally and quickly, I had nothing to worry about. My family and I are very grateful.

If I could rate this a negative I would.  Rang this guy after my dog passed away and he wanted to know if I could get "it" to the vet so they could store it until he could collect him.  He couldn't make it that night and said to ring next day.  Rang again and he thought dealing with my boy sounded too hard apparently saying he "didn't like the sound of it".  I told him I wanted to be there to say goodbye and he asked if someone would be home during the day - I told him they would and then he again said he didn't like the sound of it and didn't want to do it.  I called Pets in Heaven and the guy came out - he was a really caring and took away my big boy.  Don't waste your time on this guy - he is not the person to deal with your animal if you love your animal.  After posting this review I got a call from a "woman who works in the office" who explained that what I wrote is" just how John is - he's very matter of fact".  She then told me it was all lies and was belligerent.  I suggested that they should get someone who is a people person to deal with the customers.  If you leave a bad review expect to get hassled.
