Very disappointing when I was offered *special arrangements back when my baby daughter had passed away and then by the current staff told an entirely different thing and told there'd be *extra costs involved in excess of $680+. I was very sad and extremely disappointed and wished I had I'd gone with the bigger, commercial funeral homes. The senior, older gentleman that dealt with my daughter's funeral arrangements was very kind and was 'at the time' appeared very sympathetic on an emotional level which was lovely. *I cannot comment on their current services, only express that '*My experience' with them wasn't a happy one and left me feeling very disappointed.

Cared for our family right throughout the service. Showed us all the options available with no pressure to upsell. They made the whole process simple. The video presentation was also excellently done. Thanks

Bethel provided wonderful care for my mother. We have a prepaid arrangement for my father and I will be doing the same.
