From the moment we reached out to them, they guided us with kindness, understanding, and care, making the entire process more manageable. They took the time to listen to our needs and wishes, offering thoughtful suggestions and handling every detail with great respect and dignity. The team at Heritage and Heritage are exceptional. A funeral process is always difficult but Faye and the team made it easy and effortless. The facilities are excellent but it is all about the people. We couldn't ask for a better send off for my mum.
Dean and the team at heritage were incredible from the outset. They gave genuine care, compassion and couldn’t do enough for us at a time of heartbreak. We have used them in the past unfortunately, however that’s why we went with them again. Dean couldn’t have been more amazing! Thank you

I can not thank heritage wantirna enough for the support and care they gave me especially Sue who looked after me from day one of the sad unexpected passing of my Husband. Every question I had Sue took time to answer the service was lovely. Would highly recommend heritage heritage wantirnan Donna
