We visited the Watergardens store recently to purchase supplies for our new puppy, the staff were incredibly helpful and extremely professional. Would recommend for others looking for pet supplies or need some advice.
The best customer service I have had in a long time. I had a small issue with a worming product, the manager was extremely helpful & was so lovely. I look forward to being served by her again.

Now, with a puppy, this seems like a favourite store for us to visit weekly. Everything you could for your pet, they have it.
Great place, have everything you need and more, friendly staff, upset about the old manager leaving as l wanted to ask her out.
