We've been going here for 4 years since we've had our dogs, they're always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, it's great!

Popped in to the store in Ringwood today and had a fantastic experience. Spoke to Lucy about dog food as my vet recommended taking my dogs  off raw food. What a breath of fresh air she was. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. She spoke with confidence about the products you offer and left me with no doubts about my choice of food. Thanks to her help you now have a customer for life. She is a credit to your company. I work for a very well known Premium brand manufacturer where customer service and customer experience has to be of the very highest standard, Lucy offered the same level of service. Outstanding.

Super professional and helpful. Fantastic variety of GOOD quality food and products. They have a parking space at the back, in case that is helpful for reactive dogs or carrying big bags of dog food thru town ;

Very knowledgeable staff and they take the time to explain the products very well. They Were very informative regarding My dogs diet, and my dog definitely has benefited from us using pets Corner.

Very knowledgeable staff, not just about the goods sold but behaviour, in my case dogs. Also as I was undecided which product was best suited, there was no pressure to "make a sale" just gave me all the options, including some behavioural tips I hadn't thought of and I have owned dogs all my life.

I was very impressed with the service at Ringwood Pets Corner. Emily was great, very helpful about various products. She also gave sound advice on the pet food, and could back up her recommendations with her knowledge of products. I'm not one to post a 5star review easily, on this occasion its well deserved. Nice to shop where staff are genuinely interested in what they are selling, and able to give credible advise  with confidence.

Amazing staff at the Ringwood branch. Our dog Patti is convalescing from a serious gastrointestinal illness and after 5 days in the veterinary hospital she had lost a lot of weight. Needing to get her eating again, we asked for advice and the shop staff recommended  the McAdams range, and then arranged for stocks to be brought from other branches because it was in short supply. They phoned us when the food came in, asked after Patti when we went to collect it and were just so helpful and kind. Patti and we are very grateful.
