Friendly, knowledgeable staff and big selection. Always get cat food here. This place has now changed owners / branding and has improved even further. Huge selection of best pet food is why I go.

BEWARE ! We bought a gorgeous little puppy from this store and within days of bringing him home he was at the vets very sick. The store wiped their hands clean of all the subsequent issue's and our puppy eventually died of liver failure at just 5 months of age. The store didn't even have the courtesy to respond when they were advised that our baby had passed away. This store only want your money and their health guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Learn from our mistake and save yourself the heartbreak.

Don't bother! These people are so rude!!!!!!! Not helpful at all and this wasn't the first Occassion. In store-rude, on the phone RUDE and don't even say goodbye before they hang up. We all know pet products can be pricey and I will be taking my money elsewhere!
