I have been donating blood and plasma products across Australia and in Canada for 20 years. This centre is on par with the best - and the staff are just lovely!

Always had a good experience here. Helpful, friendly staff, and the place feels quite modern (probably because it is relatively new!) Also a good selection of post donation snacks to refuel with! I come as often as I can.

Been here for the past year to donate blood and plasma and the service is still great. They are attentive and gentle, providing snacks so you don't pass out and multiple choice of drinks to keep you hydrated. It's thoughtful they set up lots of tv with different channels when you need to sit through the ordeal for about 20mins to 1hr. And offering free wifi by paying nothing but your time .

The staff there were really amicable and experienced. The whole experience was pleasant (as they had explained the blood donation process so I was prepared for it). Other than that, the food offered after the procedure was simple, but substantial. Overall, a great place; would visit again.

Friendly and experienced staff in a nice new location that's very easily accessible by public transport. Lots of TVs to watch while you donate and a good range of snacks and drinks afterwards.
