Very polite and helpful staff. I ha e actually been there. Once. That is the only reason i gave it 3 stars. As i said they were very polite and helpful. Great people running the business but because i have only been there the one time I really have no way to rate them either way. Being asked ro delete or give 5 stars is not exactly how this works. It goes on the experience a person has had. Mine was pleasant and friendly.

High quality workmanship with a very strong customer service focus. All parts and lubricants used are equal to or better than genuine. The Pepcar Signature Service involves a very thorough inspection of the car to reduce the possibility of it breaking down. Courtesy cars and a pick up / delivery service are available to help minimise any inconvenience.

Perfect services in any way, highly recommended. In short, if you want your car *reliable on long term*, these guys will deliver on your expectation. While I'm calling on them for the usual service for my small cars, they shone bright in the context of a very cheap second hand 2001 Holden Rodeo that I needed to buy in a hurry: as expected, repairs were needed.What I haven't expected was the number of them. Despite a trumpeted (but useless) "dealer warranty" (I'll never fall for it again), oil leaks, transmission and steering problems, cooling and electrical faults and driving train/suspension issues kept springing - it seemed like only the engine and the chassis were of any good. And this at a time I direly needed the car. They managed to fix all of them, in on-and-off sessions over 2-3 weeks, while I could still use the car in the days I absolutely needed it. Better still, they've done it on a budget lower than the price I paid for a former-lemon-now-proper-car. Thanks in heaps, guys.

Not happy! Went to these guys as good reviews and website great - explained what they do on services and approximate costs and times ($230 and 90 minutes). I advised cor good but not running 100% smoothly and tiny oil leak. As such I was catering for more time, but not any serious extra costs until I agreed to any repairs that may be required. 3 hours later I get a call to advise loads of issues - advised I couldn't afford right now, so just leave at the service, and also didn't understand some of the things I was being advised, which I questioned, to have "we do more than a KMart Tyre and Auto service check". I felt like I was being treated like, oh, she's a woman , what would she know! I know a lot - thank you. 90 minutes later I am still waiting to be told my car was finished. I had to call them to chase it. Nearly 6 hours after giving them my car and over $100 more than their website quotes, I could finally leave. I asked why the huge difference from the website to the service I got - he didn't even know what is on his own website. He could see I was not happy but didn't even try to alleviate that and basically showed me the door. He promised pictures, still haven't got them. No idea about customer service what so ever. Not impressed and cannot recommend them to anyone. Steer clear - 1 star is purely because staff member David was very polite, the only positive I can throw on this entire experience.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for a while, and always get excellent service. They explain everything thoroughly and I really trust what they are telling me. Last time I had my car serviced they were fantastic, with four kids it's hard to be without a car and they made sure it was done as quickly as possible. And I got it back looking better than when I dropped it off!
