3 days back I had accidentally scratched a car in a 7/11 Parking lot while parking my car. It left few red marks on the left corner of the bumper of my white Holden Captiva. I went to four different smash repair shops in Melton. The others just wanted to mint money from me and gave a quote of 350-400 quids. Finally I got to Total care yesterday morning. One of the friendly crew member did a quick assessment, got back in the store and came out with 3D ACA 500 X-TRA CUT COMPOUND. He applied two coats of it and the marks were gone. To my surprise, he didn't charge me a penny. Splendid customer service, not there to rip you off. Highly recommended.

My wife just picked up her car. Very  happy with the repair, excellent work carried out. Best customer service highly recommend Alex and the crew.
