Welcome to Pelican Boat Hire Noosa! Located on the foreshore of the incredible Noosa River, we offer a wide selection of boats for hourly or daily rental! Absolute gem of a day on the river, the staff especially Louise were wonderful and attentive in catering for our several children's needs. Fishing gear and life jackets provided at no extra cost. The cafe was a quaint touch with Nick making fantastic coffee. Overall the best place I have had the opportunity to bring my family to and would highly recommend this establishment to any passerby's x.

We had an excellent experience with Pelican Boat Hire. There's great coffee and a good selection of light food on offer. We had our coffee and read the morning papers in the courtyard. Then it was an easy exercise to hire a boat and hear all about the options for a morning on the Noosa River. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient and there was plenty of well maintained gear on offer including fishing rods. We decided not to fish but heard one of the staff discussing the best fishing spots with another customer. We'll do that next time. Terrific to see Pete the Pelican has been painted and the new cafe looks great. Highly recommended.

No skipper licence required. Easy to operate. Safe..life packets are not compulsory. Rods are supplied and a bucket with a knife and spare hooks etc. Just buy your bait or bring some with you. The kids had turns steering. A very enjoyable 4 hours.

Very kind happy people who are always willing to help. They have free lockers to keep your gear in whole you're out. Rentals are very well priced too.

Came here recently from Sydney, customer service was awesome, boat was booked supplied and ready to go in no time, the pontoon boat with the barbecue was excellent!!
