Booked and paid deposit in December 2016 for Easter long weekend (April 2017). The cabin was recommended to us by family. Followed up as a courtesy in the week before arriving and received a short email after COB on the same day telling us the cabin had been double booked and hopefully we could come another time. Found this very disappointing. After 48 hours of following up to try and get more information, we were eventually offered a discounted rate for another weekend.
