Pasta Emilia makes a range of certified organic fresh pasta and sauces. Twice nominated ‘Best Pasta’ in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Foodies awards they have been one of Sydney’s favourites for the past 10 years.
Pasta Emilia works hard to source local organic ingredients and maintain relationships with our farmers and producers. Annamaria continues to use a few imported signature ingredients from her home Emilia - the gastronomic capital of Italy. She is still watching over every pot and mix in our small Laboratorio di Pasta in Surry Hills. Please feel free to visit us when ever you are passing.
We produce a range of traditional, homemade, certified organic fresh pasta (including tortelli, ravioli, lasagne, gnocchi, linguini, fettucini, penne and spaghetti alla chitara) and bottled sauces (such as pomodoro, tomato & basil, arrabbiata, puttanesca, pesto and salsa verde).
