I knew i didn't want an of the shelf engagement ring and after much googling i had decided what i wanted and had selected a manufacturing jeweller to make it at some point. One day I'm walking through the mall and thought I'd have a look in Partridge's window for a laugh, thinking they would be way out of our price range. But there was sitting a ring that was almost exactly what i wanted and didn't cost the earth. The wonderful Debbie helped me modify one of their setting designs by  changing the stones and gold colour etc. After a few months we decide to go ahead and order the ring then i had to wait more  months for the proposal!. I now have a stunning ring the photos don't do it justice with impeccable craftsmanship for under $4000. There's both white and yellow gold and you can hardly tell where they join. One fantastic addition i didn't know about is the 12 diamonds on the side of the ring. Such a clever idea and extra bling! It's not exactly what i imagined but i actually love it more! I also had my other rings resized and a necklace fixed which were all done perfectly as well. Every staff member I've spoken to is excellent though we spent most of our time with Debbie. They answer all of your questions, reply to emails promptly, always seem happy to see you and even offer you a drink when you are sitting down for sizing etc. I am thrilled with my beautiful ring and will 100% be coming back to get my wedding ring from the lovely Debbie.

My husband dealt with Tina and got me the most beautiful ring perfect with my personality. She is the real deal professional, knowledgeable and has great eye for detail. Thanks Tina for everything we absolutely think partridges has amazing quality!

We were in looking for wedding bands and dealt with Eirwen. She was absolutely lovely funny and most of all a genuine person. She  wasnt just looking for a sale she had great advice and an exceptional eye for detail.  We look forward to dealing with her again
