I bought an item off this website 2 weeks ago. No tracking number or communication received. 2 weeks later I email, no reply. A few days later I put through a message on the website, no reply. I call a few times, leaving messages with all of my contact details for them to reach me on, and explained I hadn't received anything, and it's a lot of money to worry about not receiving the item. After weeks of no communication, I call Auckland instead. When they finally answer, they sort the problem out for me (took 4 phone calls, and me sending through my receipt to their email, but I was just happy my money was sorted, and the item was on its way. The Auckland staff manager was lovely, and I am grateful I reached her. Still no communication from Christchurch through phones, email, or the online enquiry. My ring came today and it is so beautiful, I am extremely happy with it. But it shouldn't have been this difficult. Thanks for the lovely ring, in the end.
