One of the northern suburbs best attractions. Scenery is amazing, lots of walks, plenty of fun for all ages. When you want to take your kids away from screens, this a great day out. The yanchep inn is quality food and family friendly. There are some birds around when you eat but they aren't very aggressive species, have never had a chip stolen but they do come up and "beg" probably because once upon a time they were fed by visitors. You can also camp which is pretty well equipped and good for young families wanting to do a trial run with their first time campers. September is a great time if you want to see a ton of wild flowers too.
Facilities are second to none, clean, new. Camp sites very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our camping trip here. Must do for a small get away without driving 6+hrs. Plus the trail walk in the nation park are amazing

Pack some lunch for a picnic - or pack the tent/camper/caravan and get a slice of this amazing place. You won't regret it; you'll only regret leaving!
Great place to visit after the pinnacles. Entry includes both places. Koalas were easy to see along with the kangaroos all around the park. Cave was closed when we got there but no issues.
If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere. Great National Park with amazing view and nature. Kangaroos are easy to see all around the park.
A place of serenity! Saw some koalas sleeping & many wild roaming Kangaroos. Beware of lots of Kangaroo feces on the field It's a great place for picnics. There's a souvenir shop. We got a Yanchep National Park coin from a coin dispenser at $2. It is so beautiful! We drop by for a short 30mins before heading to Pinnacles. Hope to visit for a longer time in future.
The caves are great to check out. Fantastic tour guide and very interesting. We did the rope course fir 2 hours and every body loved it.
Highly recommend coming to this national park to view wildlife. Unfortunately we arrived late at about 5PM and couldn't do the cave tour. Nevertheless we were glad we got to see some wildlife and even koalas, though most of them were sleeping high up in the trees except one.
Excellant spot, plenty of walks to do. Great camping area-showers, toilets, camp kitchen, all very clean. Yanchep down the road for beach swims and a good golf course in Sun City.
Great location for a family picnic. You get up close to the kangaroos, see the Koalas lazing in the trees , different species of birds . A really pleasant 2km walk around the lake.
