My favourite park for adventures. The flower season here is insane. We like photography and managed to take amazing photos with yellow and pink wild flowers. In some points you see them covering as far as you can see. You do have to cross the river for these special spots though, so be ready for funny adventure there!

Our experience visiting in summer was quite dry, arid, and boring, but maybe because we came in from the eastern side. Google maps took us to the eastern side and to a dead end, where we couldn't drive further in to the heart of the national Park, and ended up around the fringes. Fail.

Go to Walyunga Pool area. Lots of picnic tables bbq by the river. Trail walks.
