Clean comfortable and tidy units, good food at their restaurant, accomodating friendly staff... Well recommended as a place to stay.

Terrible stay in a very noisy environment. paper thin walls so that you hear every word of the neighbours and toilet flush/shower use. Dark, worn-out and tiny room, not very clean (spiders and cobwebbies). Bathroom definitely needs update! Terrible lighting with outdated energy saving lamps. Personnel not very friendly. Not comfy at all, no recommendation to stay there. One of my worst stay in NZ...

Rude... to busy getting drunk than serving customers who stay there often.. . Will not be going back... food way over priced and cold

We stayed here for a couple of nights over christmas. 

(+++) Very friendly staff
(+++) Fully equipped cosy rooms
(+++) Brilliant facilities from pool to bbq smoker
(+++) Excellent restaurant with a good IPA on tap
(+++) Shopping centre and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away
(+++) Perfect homebase to explore the wonderful national park
