The lady at the counter has SERIOUS customer service issues.  Will never ever give her my business again - The mock cream donuts were disgusting after being left in the heat all day as their is no air con in cabinet and when i took it back she REFUSED to swap it over for another one even if i paid the difference for real cream because I had some.  Well sweet heart - I hope your 2.50 was worth it because you will NEVER get any extra money from me.  And it seems that your customer service is a common theme among these reviews!

TLDR: Good bread, bring cash, try to make her smile!

Yes, you rarely see her crack a smile (ever!); but the product is top notch. The loaf of bread is wonderful and reasonably priced, as are the pies. I also am a fan of the cheese and vegemite scrolls because they do not have too much of the vegemite, however I have to admit I am at odds with my husband about this one. 

Bring cash as they do not have eftpos but as long as you do not go super early, you can get some cash at the Drakes supermaket next door.

Cash only, bad customer service unfriendly and didn't even know what they had. a bit messy looking.
