PP Royal Oak refused to redeem my booksellers gift voucher even the store is listed on booksellers’ website. Purchased the school pack for my 10 yrs old while my 15 yrs old wanted to buy some stuff by using the 20.00 voucher she got from school last year. The school pack was 21.99 and my daughters stuff was about 28.00. After checking with the owner on the phone, the store assistant refused to redeem the voucher even I asked for a seperate payment. I wanted to pay the school pack in full. The store person told us that we couldn’t use the voucher on the extra stuff because they were on special?! Who is going to buy stationary in Jan that are NOT on special!!! Cancelled the purchase went to PP Eastridge, no prob and no question at all! Purchased everything we wanted there with exactly the same PaperPlus Price and redeemed our voucher.

Such a great customer service. I have been very pleased with Paper Plus customer service and the store layout . It is nice shopping at Royal Oak Store as staff have product knowledge and all of them are really friendly. Great Work - Paper Plus - Royal Oak.............
