I am a regular customer of Pandora in Booragoon and was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received yesterdaySat 15th Jan. I was passing the store and saw a necklace with heart pendant in the window that caught my eye. Now I didn't need a new necklace as I have too many to count, but after the salesperson showed it to me I decided to buy it. She told me it was $189 and I said it is advertised clearly in the window for $164. She said well a mistake has being made by someone and it's priced incorrectly. I said surely you will honour the advertised price of $164, and she said No the Price is $189. I told her I am a Retail Manager and you normally have to honour the price as advertised, even if an error has being made. She then said You will either pay the $189 or I won't sell the necklace to you. The Salesperson was the older Asian lady. There was 3 other staff members on and I asked to speak to the Manager. She told me the Manager wasn't back in until Tuesday and she wouldn't give me the necklace either for $164. We were only talking about a difference of $24 here, but I wasn't prepared to pay more for an item than it was advertised at. The Salesperson was very Arrogant and seemed to get off on the fact that she Humiliated me by making me leave the store without the necklace. The only thing she achieved by her hostile treatment of me, Is I Won't Ever Shop at Pandora in Booragoon again. And the fact I was a regular customer is laughable that she would think it was ok to treat me like that. When I left the store I went straight to Swarvoski and bought a lovely necklace and had a great shopping experience.
My mum and I went to Pandora this afternoon. Azonia, who served us, was very helpful. She was very patient and kind with my mum, who does not speak English. Thank you for your kind service; we had a good time at Pandora.
I'm store today served by Isabel. She is so friendly and enthusiastic. You can tell she loves Pandora and it comes across that way. She is an asset to your Company
Stuff so rude and was not really interested to sell the necklace to me. I asked her a few times to show me what they have . She showed me 1 necklace and demonstrated that she was very busy. Never come back again. Very disappointing
Ruby was very friendly and professional, I asked to put an item on hold for me until I could pick it up a few days later and the whole transaction went very smoothly.
I was served by the Lovely Laureen. She was Friendly & Attentive without being pushy. It was such a Relaxing & Enjoyable Shopping Experience. I purchased the Pearl Earrings & the Infinity Chain with the Pearl Pendant which look Stunning. I'm more than pleased. Thankyou Laureen

The woman at Pandora was rude. I was looking for a ring and she asked me if the product was for me or a gift. I said "It will be a gift for my friend and don't wanna spend a lot." She showed me a few but i didn't like any of them then I liked some other things asked the price of them, she said "Oh, that's expensive one I don't think you'll want that" i didn't deserve that behaviour. also when she showed me the item i touched it. She said "Please don't touch it and she was looking at my hands when she was closing the locker as if i was trying steal something, so i went amd spent 200+ at Swarovski
I don’t understand the bad reviews; my first ever time in this store and my experience with Caity was wonderful; provided friendly, patient and helpful assistance while I took my time choosing a necklace, earrings and bracelet. Allowed payment for same two days later over the phone and held the paid items for 5 days before I could get back into the store to collect. So unlike others I received great friendly service and flexible purchasing options.
Buyer Beware!!!! I had a Pandora bracelet for approx 5 years and clasp literally came apart lucky I was at home or it and the charms would have been lost. I took it to Pandora Garden City and was told they won't fix it as they usually only last 3 years!!! How terrible is that. We pay a fortune for charms and the bracelet and there's no warranty. I was actually told that no jewellery lasts more then 3 years which is laughable. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had jewellery that we wear daily that lasts more than 3 years. I'm so disappointed! I have 2 bracelets with gold and silver charms and I bought Pandora because I was told they stand by their product. Very disappointing.
