I spilled my nail polish on a dress I bought from Kookai. I managed to remove it with nail polish remover without fading the colour of my dress I was impressed by the quality of the dress! I won’t recommend you to do so as your dress might be made of a different fabric. I love both the quality and style of the clothes I bought from Kookai. I just wish they were cheaper.
Did not feel welcome in the store. Today I came in dressed in business clothes to try on some pants. I asked one of the girls if she had the pants in a larger size. She found me a size in the back then proceeded to add a security tag and put them on a hanger. I said "you don't need to put them on a hanger I'm going to try them on". She then proceeded to tell me "they can keep better track of them this way". Im not sure if this is company policy, however, it felt very judgemental and that's the last thing I want when I'm spending money.
I could not go past leaving a review for the most kind, genuine and pleasurable experience I have ever had in a clothing store in Perth. My stylist and the others in store was just beyond any words I can probably write. I have always limited the conversation with the stylists who work for this company, as the other stores I have visited were judgmental and condescending. This was my first time in this store and reluctantly I needed assistance. I cannot believe the support, expertise, exceptional service and just kindness I was shown in this store. She was absolutely outstanding in every way, honestly the highest appreciation I can offer, I do hope Kookai recognises what an asset they have in her, can’t wait to deal with her again
Like another recent post with a similar experience I couldn’t go another day without leaving a review on my experience yesterday & today at this store. The lovely lady who I met yesterday wish I grabbed her name made my day & was there again today and just as helpful when I dragged my cousin along too - being pregnant and distressed as I was she was so amazing and helpful to make sure every thing I tried on was a comfortable fit or had a many handy suggestions at the ready to give me some more ideas. She wasn’t pushy, and was so genuinely caring - I will happily come back every day just for this experience. Thank you again!!
I tried to return a faulty top in the design - the size was correct but cut badly around the arms, and the larger size was terrible with the same fault around the armpit area. They refused a refund even after the issue was explained; I didn't want another top. The top I had purchased was a poor design/style cut, to which I was only offered a store credit, no refund. They first argued it was purchased six weeks ago so they didn't have to process it - it was 13 days, without even looking at the receipt! Despite consumer law stating that a faulty product must be refunded, they bypassed the faulty top and their policy if a product is defective, which not in line with Consumer Protection Law. I will be putting in a complaint about it, as it was not a change of mind, but the product itself was flawed. Absolute jokers. Don't buy here unless you try everything on first. Poor quality clothes, terrible customer service and return policy geared in their favour. AVOID.
The best quality clothes! The girls at kookai here are always so friendly and helpful! This is always my go to kookai store.
Got told that this is not a barter place when i ask the lady manager for a lower discount on a blouse that was badly wrinkle with slight make up stain on the collar. Will definitely go to Kookai store in the city next for more pleasant service.

Small sizes only goes to 12 but really 10
