Recieved a $100 "Her" voucher for my birthday, after wandering around Booragoon Shops looking for somewhere to use it and a dress to spend it on was told unfortunately it couldn't be used in that "Just Jeans" for some unknown reason. Was disappointed because it had obviously been a problem for other people from what was said by the staff but nobody had thought to take it further and find out why? I still bought the dress and did have one young girl who tried to get the voucher to work when all the rest of the Staff pretty much just walked away and put me in the "to hard basket"
Really good customer service, well experienced staff but store too overcrowded with products and makes it really hard to navigate in store. Stock boxes are stacked against the mirror which defeats the purpose of having mirrors. Do better. Its too hot in store to try on products. Please get aircon, its suffocating.
I don’t usually post reviews but I was taken aback by the terrible service I received at this store. The young man who assisted me and my mum made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. His attitude was very standoffish, cold and unfriendly throughout. I tried on some jeans that he suggested for me and after I let him know I didn’t want to buy them. He asked me, with a stern voice, why I didn’t want to buy them and seemed genuinely confused and grumpy about me not liking them. I just explained that they didn’t look great on me and I want to keep looking, he then criticised me for not being able to afford the more expensive jeans in store and said I’ll get what I pay for. It felt very strange for him to put down his own products! I hope the manager of the store sees this and considers some more training for this young man.
Great service once we were attended too. Little smaller store so an ok selection and not much room to move as displays were a bit close together.
A good range of mid to cheaper clothing items and denim. Didn't see any staff while I was there but used to self help shopping!
At just jeans today we had two lovely ladies serve us named Linda and Sarorn. They were so helpful and so kind to us going through boxes trying to find my friend and I jeans. They provided an amazing customer service experience. Deserve a raise !! Xoxo
Approached by a lovely staff member who was approachable, friendly and full of energy and humour. Breath of fresh air in the current swamp which is customer service. Well done!!!
Just been in to find a new pair of jeans. Staple jeans are so hard to find that fit well and make you feel good in my opinion. Staff made this experience really great. Greeted perfectly from Caleb and the ladies in the store, all friendly and exceptionally helpful during my long time deciding and trying on! Thanks guys keep up the good work.
