Horrible service. I had the temerity to inform them I was next to be served. Greeted with reptilian stares and a cold, hostile silence. Made to feel - for the next 5 minutes - that I was a terrible imposition. Sorry ladies, I'll avoid your shop in future.

Really helpful staff today. Placed an order for some swim shorts my son loved but that they didn’t have in his size. Waived the delivery fee too

I purchased some Country Road tapered chinos recently and got home to discover they didn’t fit properly. I then went the next day and purchased some CR slim chinos from David Jones as the CR store didn’t have my size in the slim, and tried to return the tappered ones to the tapered style only to be told that because I had removed the waist tag by accident when I was getting ready, they couldn’t return them. Why would I go a but a second pair of CR slim chinos and then ware the tapered ones that don’t fit properly. The sales tag was intact and had clearly not been worn. I am disappointed as I buy a lot of my clothes from CR but am now questioning that. Very unhappy.
