Just 5 mins from the CBD on Albany Hwy Victoria Park and now on Beaufort Street Mt Lawley (just near the Queens Hotel) Panchos Mexican Villa Restaurant has for over 35 years been the place to go for laid back, legendary, Mexican dining. Whether it’s dinner for two or a party for 40, an evening at Pancho’s is an experience not to be missed! The extensive dinner and drinks menu, lively atmosphere, generous servings and attentive staff all guarantee a great night out.

3rd time here and still just as good as ever. Have tried maybe 6-7 different items on the menu and each is just as good as the last. Recommend the Mexican sampler if there’s atleast 2 of you. Comes with enough food to feed a family of 4+ for only $65, good way to try out some of the popular items on the menu.

Staff was good but we received mains after long wait ~1hr. It wasn’t that busy too. We order all food mild to medium spice but veg fajitas were too spicy lots of whole black paper.

The food was fantastic. I had the grilled chicken with a spicy peanut sauce . It was amazing . The churros was to die for,  all my friends loved their food. You have to try the frozen margaritas!!  Highly recommended.

I don’t want to be dramatic. But this is one of the worst most disgusting places I’ve ever been. Not even mentioning the vibe. The food here is so sub average, below actually. Everything looks the same, absolute slop. The meat isn’t even remotely looking like real meat. The food took around 1-1.5hrs to come out. Worst experience I have ever EVER HAD

Such a fun place! We went for the fishbowl cocktail and the free sombrerogood atmosphere and service. The food was 3/4 stars for us. The only let down for us was the shredded chicken that was shredded so much that it tasted almost identical to tuna mayonnaise
