What is the correct e/gmail address for palm lake resort eli waters hervey bay
The office staff are rude and unhelpful we definitely wont be back to actually looking what is on offer. The staff member I spoke to was more interested in going for lunch then home after lunch. If was friday 10.30am and had no time for us. Poor customer service and get the same from people we met at the RSL that live there, they said the staff are worse when you move in because they have your money.
Looking to purchase, but did not at this time. Perhaps in the future.
The indoor pool is cold and the tiles very dirty. The front lawns of everyone's house have lots of weeds. This is mentioned to be looked after by the staff. There is water sitting along the gutters of the road and this is a slip hazard for anyone let alone elderly residents
A friend recently purchased a unit in Palm Lakes Resort and is very happy there so far. She loves all the activities and the facilities are excellent. They have good social offerings too.
