Our family of 5 had a beautiful stay at Hervey Bay and were pleasantly surprised how quiet and beautiful this park was. Staff were super friendly, and our little fur baby was treated to a little gift on arrival. Thank you to Max and Andrea for welcoming us for our first ever visit in Hervey Bay :
We had an excellent stay at Tasman Holiday Park in Hervey Bay. The value for money was outstanding, and everything was exceptionally clean. The camp kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need—plenty of appliances, plus thoughtful extras like dish soap, sponges, and kitchen towels.nnWe were genuinely impressed. The park was quiet and peaceful, never overcrowded, which made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and tranquil camping experience.
Still scammers!!!nnWe stayed here in 2023. We booked the place via booking.com.nWe received a payment link from tasman and payed it through that link. But we didn't know they also took our payment through booking.com.nIt has been 2.5 years now. And we still didnt reveived our refund for our own money.nOver time we have sended them all the information they wanted from our account to see that they really didn't refund our own money.nTill this day, they didn't refund our money that they received by misleading us by sending us a text message with a link that we had to pay for our stay.nnThey also stopped replying after getting all the information they have asked for to prove we didn't received any refund.nOur question was and is. Send us the prove that you have refunded us on our creditcard. They are not replying anymore and they still have our money that they received by misleading.nnSo our question tasman holiday parks.nWhen will we get our 197 AUD back that we have payed double for our stay?
Dog friendly. Cabins are clean and spacious- the bathroom is a lot more outdated than the cabin but that was not a bother to us. It was raining so we did not access the pool area. Well equipped big outdoor kitchen area with a lot of seating and Smart TV. It has an air fryer, pans, pots, cutlery and utensils- 2 big industrial fridges if needed also. Staff was lovely we did late check in however my in laws got a dog goodie bag upon check in which was lovely. Easy check in and check out process. Would recommend.
Great little park and small dog friendly accomodation as well, clean amenities and very friendly staff.
