For a supposed 'expert' paint supplier, the service I received was absolutely woeful. Purchased timber oil that was supposedly colour matched to other oil I had. When I got home the oil was grainy and clearly defective. Why was that was not detected by the salesperson who mixed it?nReturned to the store to have the oil replaced and after waiting 15 minutes while he chatted to several people was served by a rude, disrespectful salesperson who acted like I was inconveniencing him when I asked for a replacement. Ultimately, was served by another salesperson who tinted the oil to match supposedly but when I asked to look at the replacement product it was a completely different colour than the oil it was being matched to.nWhen I pointed out the problem, the lady serving me said I would have to come back the next day so they could colour match it.nThree visits to a store that is 20 minutes from home just to buy a tin of timber oil!nHow can a store that holds itself out as being a specialist paint supplier be so thoroughly incompetent - not to mention that not one salesperson I dealt with at any time during all of my interactions once said sorry or otherwise apologised for the inconvenience caused.nTake it from me, you would be better off going to Bunnings or Mitre 10. The products are exactly the same but at Bunnings/Mitre 10 you get much cheaper prices and significantly superior service. Don't waste your time or money at this store.nPS if you are a woman, do not even bother walking in the front door of this store. The male salespeople working in this store are, in my experience, dismissive, patronising and rude to female customers. To Paint Spot management - it's 2025 not 1955, just in case you have failed to notice.
Great shop for paint supplies. Large warehouse store and they can match paints and have bulk quantities as well
Best shop for paint and supplies. They were cheaper than most other places I tried. I wanted a tall pole for window cleaning and they had a good quality 4.8m pole for a very reasonable price. Staff were very helpful. Keep it up guys!
Unable to help with my request, but tried hard to please and offered good advice. Customer focused
A little hidden gem - excellent service and range.
