The opening hours are not friendly for working families. The 5 pm closing rules out after work pick up. Opening for limited hours on a Saturday would help. Have tried delivery but delivery instructions were not followed so too risky to make this option viable..
Whilst the staff was polite, my issue really is that I waited over 1 hour to buy 2 books for my son. I didn't think $15 shipping fee was fair considering I live 10 minutes away and I only needed $40 worth of books. After I paid, I was told that one of the books was not even there and that they will contact me once it is in. They said it should be made available before school starts. I was never contacted, so I contacted them after a 25 min phone time wait to be told that the book will be ready the following week and that I will be emailed. Wait for the email then come they said. 2 weeks later I have heard nothing! My son is so anxious about it and yet I have heard nothing. I guess I have to try and call them again! How long will I have to wait now?
When we have ordered online for delivery all has gone well, thank you. However, when we've tried to visit the store and purchase something we stand in queues and/or the ordered item that we were told has arrived has not arrived. Also, I called and asked if I could just walk in to a buy a book without ordering first and was told yes. When I went in I had to stand in two queues just to buy one book which was in stock. This is a really weird arrangement and not customer friendly.
Very unhappy. I came to buy books and stationery for my son and they assured me that if I needed to bring back/ exchange or get a credit for some items, this was possible. On the Monday. I came back to the same store and they couldn't take my stationery items stating that their policy had changed in the morning. So, i had to keep unused items and buy new one. Campion is just a money making machine with a monopoly with schools and parents!!
Gentle and polite staff members. Always treated with respect. Found every book I needed for my child's education. Parking is sometimes an issue in that area. Rest all good.
