Lovely service at Campion store. The lady redirected us to the Campion V hotline to discuss our delivery arrangement. Katie was the most amazing person ever, and honestly the best phone experience I have had. She thoroughly discussed the options and gave us the best way to move forward to fix it. This information may help many more people which I learnt today - if your books are being delivered on the 25th of Jan with your schools allocated time you can spend five dollars more to get it delivered in the next 5 to 7 business days Overall great experience and a big raise should be given to Katie! She is amazing
Pros: They have some sort of arrangement with the school where I believe the schools get commission. Cons: Expensive, slow delivery, little to no return policy. Verdict: Try shop around, you'd save heaps.
So easy to deal with.. even al last minute. Long collection lines but don’t be put off.. it’s super quick
Very well organised. This is our 3rd year now purchasing our children's books. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always busy here this time of the year. Well done by the staff though. Denise
Thanks for the delivery but I’m wondering if you might review you poor regard toward generating landfill. This box contained two small books and a calculator. One of the books is damaged so all that plastic isn’t even working
They take your money when they don't have books in stock. You have to reach out yourself and this is horrible customer service. I wouldn't even give one star. Absolutely awful. Next time maybe say the books are out of stock? Waited literal months. One of my friends still doesn't have her book after 3-4 months and the teacher had to photocopy poems so she's able to sit her assessment. Then by the time the book does arrive, she won't need it anymore. Rubbish. And they don't offer refunds unless the book is damaged.
I don't know the staff members name black frizzy hair but she came out front to sort the queue. Great job and meant I could get my refund. She then personally processed it. Super customer service
Great place for shopping school’s need.
Organised a few school textbooks online, the process was easy and quick. I did have to return one textbook while I had incorrectly purchased so went to the Campion Education physical store at Moorabbin. The lady at the counter was extremely understanding and helpful and made the refunds process a breeze. She had great handwriting too! In and out of there in no time. Great customer experience Campion Education.
A really poor online service. I have not received the orders I placed 2 weeks ago. There has been no email follow up to advise shipment status or tracking details. I have tried a 14 times to call today and the cannot get through. I am not sure why Campion offers an online sales if they cannot back it up with minimum standards of customer service
