As mentioned in other reviews staff are friendly. I have experienced long wait times in store and for orders. I find the 14 day return policy absolutely nasty. If a book has not been used or has no damaged and is not needed. It should surely be able to be retained. Extremely disappointing.nOver a barrel with the school book industry, need more suppliers or just don't purchase them unless they are definitely needed.
Staff had limited knowledge of the product, I visited when there was literally no one there and still took a while to order one item. I could only imagine the long wait if it was busy. Also the store looked untidy let alone professional. Definitely need a better competitor in this area.
This store... I don't know what to say about it. I've placed my order for 4 books at 05/12/2023 and came back today 01/02/2024, they only have 1 book ready to collect. It's been like 2 month, seriously what on earth were you people doing over those two month. The school starts tomorrow and I don't have my books, what am I going to do? Just go to school without bringing books? All thanks to you, Campion
The lady that served me in the Moorabbin store today was very helpful and friendly answering my questions even through the chaos of back to school queues. Olivia who also assisted with one query I had went out of her way to help with an out of stock product which was greatly appreciated.
The staff member who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our order was put together very quickly, and the order was accurate. There were only 2 books that weren't in stock, but they were posted out quickly with reasonably priced postage. Great service, cannot fault them.
