Lovely customer service. I got a dress, top and blazer for $101, all beautiful. I don't normally get excited about clothes but the dress is really given me a buzz of anticipation to get to wear it. At a pinch most of the shop is disable friendly. Dressing rooms would be OK, maybe a couple racks would be hard to get a wheelchair between without a Narnia type of vibe to the experience.
Waiting in line to purchase my goods, I was obviously next, the staff member saw me waiting. A younger lady came in front of me and placed her clothes on the counter. The lady apologised to me when she noticed she pushed in but made no attempt to allow me to go first and the staff member said it was ok, that she'd serve her. Excuse you Pagani staff member. Rude. I was in line first. The polite thing was to tell her that I was next in line and serve me. Bad customer service.
The young lady who said she is from the Upper Hutt store who served me today in the Lower Hutt Queensgate store 05/01/18 was lovely she was very helpful and her customer service was exceptional. Thank you for your help with finding me a new wardrobe. On my receipt it said I was served by Abigail. Thank you Abigail.
Always have had great service from this branch. Today the manager of lower hutt branch Elizabeth has gone above and beyond for me and I especially appreciate it. She's great at what she does.
Thankyou Hannah, for your great customer service.......you made it so easy for me to find a dress. 3 in fact .....I usually hate dress hunting......makes me so tired.
This shop had the best staff, so very helpful, her name was zoe but she's gone
